Be very wary & careful when you use online agencies.  You may get hit with extra fees, plus poor service!  My husband and I recently reserved tickets through TravelPapa.com.  They not only charged hidden additional fees to my credit card, but they also failed to make the correct bookings.  We ended up being placed in totally different seats for all of our flights (regardless of our online flight choices) and our meal selections were not on the airline's list.

Be careful when you book through TravelPapa - you might get some unpleasant surprises!

I booked a holiday with them and had a really good price for a 4 star holiday in a hotel highly rated on trip advisor. As soon as I had payed them, I get an email saying that they have contract issues with that hotel and they can offer me an alternative. This turned out to be completely different in quailty and class i.e 36 and 32 out of 42 on trip advisor for example. The alternatives were simply not good enough. They were very unhelpful and didnt care or reply to emails . I was then told that if the holiday was cancelled I would only have the hotel part refunded and that I would still keep the flights booked. They refused to refund the whole holiday and said that the flights were non refundable. so it was = pay much more for a hotel of a lower class than that already booked and paid for, accept a poor hotel as a straight swap or loose about a thrid of the money already paid. Beware of any deal offered by these con artists. My advice = stay away from these cowboys.
